This exquisite circa 1810 antique armoire was just shipped over from Normandy, France, and is a stunning piece. It is crafted with wooden dowel construction and is incredibly sturdy and heavy. At over 8 feet tall it is sure to accommodate any storage needs while offering a striking showpiece in any room it graces. Its simplistic lines are timeless and perfect for that french country or farmhouse style without the “cutesy-cutesy”… just sophisticated European charm. It features one shelf and small drawers along the bottom. It still has its lock/key and is in working condition. The heavy brass fittings are the perfect amount of adornment without being fussy. This item is in good condition for its age, with normal signs of age and use, dings, scratches, and other imperfections. If applicable, KEY & LOCK included (locks never guaranteed, as old locks are finicky. This one seems to be working fine now, but they are very sensitive & sometimes get jammed during shipment). If applicable, the glass is fine, no cracks or damage; age wear to the glass setting, very normal.
